If we are not under shelter in place orders, your home can be shown to buyers (safely) in person, by appointment only, accessing a lockbox.
Offers from buyers’ agents are received for careful and thorough review and negotiations begin. During this exciting and oftentimes emotionally charged portion of the home sale process, we fully vet offers as they will vary in dollar amount, type of mortgage, closing date and so forth. We rely heavily on our thorough understanding of what our client’s end goals are and combine that with our extensive market knowledge and negotiating know-how.
We set a lot of wheels in motion once we have a signed contract. Escrow is opened; title is ordered, and a home inspection and professional appraisal are scheduled by the buyer. Your real estate lawyer and the buyer’s lawyer work on finalizing the contract: resolving issues and making adjustments post inspection.
